The CHANNELLOCK 215 Oil Filter/PVC Plier combines the strength and reliability of our iconic Tongue and Groove Plier with the special needs of PVC and oil filters. The 215 has a jaw capacity of 2-1/2 to 4-1/2 in. and removes stubborn oil filters from cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and lawn and garden equipment. Made in USA from high carbon steel and is specially coated with an ultimate rust preventative.
